About the site.

The aim of the site is to offer tips/help/advice to people who would like to get back to the gym or start doing some sort of exercise but just need that little kick up the a**/inspiration from various on-line resources.

Please don’t take this site too seriously this is not one of them sites where a training manual is given which you have to follow religiously.

I am not a personal trainer although I have worked in a gym in the past and have knowledge of various different exercise techniques, I would in no way class my self an expert.
