The theory of the diet is that it is not just what you eat that makes the difference in weight loss but also the circadian cycle that keeps your body in sync. This means that your natural rhythms are controlled by your body clock, which include sleeping patterns, metabolism, appetite and energy levels. By eating regularly and having your meals be attuned to your body clock, you can use the body’s chemical reactions to regulate and control hunger pangs and feeling of fullness.
This is a simple fourteen-day diet plan that has three meals and two snacks, with an option for a seven-day vegetarian plan. The diet includes starchy carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, protein rich food and low fat dairy products. It is projected that an adherent would lose up to 2 pounds a week with the diet. The plan is sensible as it was formulated by a dietitian and it is easy to follow healthy eating plan that you can incorporate into your lifestyle in the long run.
