Diet Review – Healthy Hair Diet

The hair is the person’s crowning glory and like the body, the hair also needs a well balanced diet for healthier hair. The following are some indicators that hair provides regarding your unhealthy lifestyle.

  • If the hair breaks easily and dry, then there is a lack of essential fatty acids in the diet. These essential fatty acids can be obtained by eating oily fish such as tuna, sardines, salmon and trout. It may also mean you lack the necessary water so do drink at least right glasses a day. Another essential element lacking would be trace mineral silica as this helps the strength of the hair and cab be provided by organically grown produce.
  • If the hair is greasy and lanky then this is the indication of lack of Vitamin B and do take in a lot more while grains, nuts, seeds among other things. When one eats this one then also ingested would be Vitamin B complex.

The plan uses the hair to diagnose what is lacking in the diet to propose the best course of action. Ultimately, by following the sage advice one not only becomes healthier but also has great hair to boot.
