Bear in mind that in using the chart as a tool to loose weight you must not put too much emphasis on standard but on your individual weight since every individual has a different body composition. Your frame size should also be considered, if you are small, medium or largely built.
Age also plays a big factor in weight. Middle aged person weight more than when they are younger. Adding a few more pounds will not destroy your image.
