Tasty Food Keeps You Eating

meatdairypic2Research says that the brain can be blamed if you can’t stop from eating fatty food.  The study advised that some molecules of fat move towards the brain and tells the body that it just doesn’t have to stop eating yet.  It is normal for the body to say when it is time to stop but it does not happen when you are eating something you want or something good.

The study showed that the brains chemistry can change in a short time.  It suggest that when you eat high fat, your brain gets hit with the fatty acids and it resists leptin and insulin.  These are the chemicals that tell the body to refrain from eating.  Since this happens, you tend to over eat.  This study was taken from rodents and not human.  The effects lasted for three days after fatty food consumption.  The most damaging type of fatty acid appeared from palmitic acid that is found in beef, dairy products like milk and cheese.
