Tips to Stop Gaining Weight during Holidays

turkey1Remember the good old days when you hear about Holidays, the first thing you think about is stuffed turkey with everything on the side. In a few years time its not only the turkey that is called butterball, who else? If you really want to stop gaining weight during the holidays take time and read thru these proven tips.

First, it would be best that you set up meals that are included in your diet plan. It should not be an exemption to the rule. Eat with no distraction, distraction means longer time it also means more eating time. Avoid eat and run, the tendency when you do this is that you are not full yet. So instead of eating only once, you will grab another one. Next is give time for exercise especially during the holiday season. The more time you skip, the bigger you become. Your moto should be, if I can take time to go to a party, I can also take time to exercise. Lastly drink a cup of hot herbal tea instead of soft drinks it has zero calorie.
